        Last night we had an emergency off hours maintenance call and Gino came in and installed a new bath fixture late at night with a smile. Gino is always prompt, courteous, and respectful with my mother and her little dog Vinny. Thank you Gino and Torrey Gardens!

        I have been living at the complex since 2021. Beautifully maintained building and amenities, plus the surrounding area is great for walking and clearing the mind. Very calm and quiet. I want to particularly call out Cesar Hernandez and his colleagues for being courteous and polite always. They respond to concerns immediately and help resolve them very quickly. I have never had any maintenance issues that werent resolved within an hour of my request notice.

        We have been living here for 3 years and Cesar Hernandez has been the best maintenance manager! Hes quick to respond, friendly, and does such a great job on whatever we need fixed. Hes super thorough and a great asset to Torrey Gardens. Addition: Gino replaced our kitchen faucet and our air filter in our fridge and he was a great communicator and a hard worker! Love it!

        I have lived here since 2014. I was one of the first residents in Torrey Garden apartments complex. To this day I continue to enjoy the kindness and courtesy of the staff who have worked there, and the new team who now are in charge of the office. The prompt response of Cesar Hernandez and his team are always efficient, fast and polite when it comes to resolving maintenance issues. The cleaning staff is always friendly, keeping the common areas always clean. Needless to say, I consider this place my home, and I wish it to remain that way for many years.

        Very nice complex to live, fairly quiet most of the time w/occassional kids screaming or running halls or dog barking. Maintenance crew is exceptional, ammenities (weight room/pool table/pool) are great, security patrol team is a bit sus, the only downside i would say is the security and safeness of the personl storage units (I had some property stolen from storage unit when the storage unit entry door was not secured (door didnt close), was not not maintained properly by complex until too late.
