Lived here for about a year and the maintenance team was amazing. The move out, not so much. They try to wipe out your safety deposit to $0 even if its normal wear and tear wouldnt recommend anyone living here. If I knew they would zero out my safety deposit, I wouldnt have spent hours cleaning the place before moving out.

I moved into The Village a month ago and I absolutely love it. The community is nice and quiet and the neighbors are all so sweet and friendly. The landscaping is always clean and the property management team is the best I've dealt with! Tae and Danielle from the property management team have been absolutely amazing and so helpful. They are quick to respond and the service team is super accommodating. They walked me through questions I had about appliances and they always fixing things within a few days!

We love living here. The Leasing Office is super responsive and very kind especially Tae! The maintenance staff is quick and thorough when fixing any problems with Francisco.
