I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!! My husband and I absolutely LOVED living at Del Rio Apartment Homes! Nestled in a PRIME and very safe location 3 minutes away from Snapdragon! All maintenance requests were completed very quickly - which was huge coming from our previous apartment. The reason for our move was purchasing our first home! We didn't have one single compliment in the 19 months while living there! The staff quickly felt like family since moving in and everyone was so accommodating to all our needs throughout. If you're looking for a perfect place to call your new home, we cannot recommend this community enough!! We'll miss you Del Rio family!!! -Aubrey & Cristian

Del Rio one of the best places that I had been before. The quality of the service is great. The location + prices of this apartments is the best over all San Diego, you will need around 15 min from anyplace in San Diego.

Welcome to the place that is used to be one of the best places to live in mission valley now no longer it is for 9 years I called this my home I no longer consider it like this very strange tenants with some crazy situations from dog pop everywhere to music playing in the middle of the night to homeless coming inside the complex and garbage all over the place call the office they cant do nothing because they need proof call the security patrol they cant to do nothing because they stand by the door so cant verify noise complaints they will give you the run around oh but yes stratospheric high rent prices including parking charge for a second vehicle where they never used to charge before no one wants to take responsibility management has gone down so bad very poor quality
