Great little place! A huge fridge and good sized bathroom. In the best location! If you stay on a Saturday be sure to check out the farmers market thats 2 blocks away, such a good location! Stayed a second time: was still great, this time booked a stay for 3 guests instead of 2 and it was still such a great space to share. Love the locked gate for the property and its vicinity to such yummy food spots.

I loved the location, the cleanliness of the cottage. Pretty much had everything you need there. I did use the kitchen a lot so my only suggestion would be since this is for 1 or 2 people a Keurig would be a better option than a coffee pot. I brought my own coffe and used the filters to do pour overs. Although it didn't matter to me, I think they should leave enough coffee for the amount of days you are there. I was there 5, they left 3 bags. The hot pot for boiling water and having a toaster was great. I walked barefoot and had clean feet - just to show how clean it was! Comfortable bed. I never heard any noise at night, but they did provide a sound machine if you do. I think it is a quiet neighborhood but remember it IS a city. I would definitely recommend this place.
