A BEAUTIFUL facility for residents at San Diego State University. Brand new, furnished, utilities included, and it includes a pool and amazing recreation area on the first floor. Sophia, Rachel, Chloe, Sarah, and the team do an amazing job of helping residents, especially with package deliveries.

Love living at M@college!! Front desk staff are always happy to help and location is very close to campus. Units are spacious, clean and modern.

I was extremely excited when I first came here. The entire unit is great, especially for a college student. However, upon walking in for the first time, it was filthy to the point where my socks and feet would turn black when walking on the wood. There was a horrible sticky stain that I complained about twice, yet they never fixed it. The walls are so thin, I can hear the conversations my neighbors are having. Not only that, but my neighbors are so loud that I have had to file noise complaints 5 times, yet they were never punished nor told to quiet down when I called. The CA's don't do anything when you ask, and they also know barely any information. I asked how much it would be to replace a FOB yet they couldn't even tell me that. The main doors are broken at least once a week and left open making it unsafe for those living on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building. The front desk is great, however, and they've helped me with what I need to get done. But unfortunately, there's no 24/7 front desk so if you need help past 5 pm, you're out of luck. And if you require help on a Sunday, they aren't working at all the entire day which doesn't make sense for a college apartment building. I would love to leave this place for next year, but I couldn't find anywhere else so I had to stay.The distance from campus and the room itself is definitely great, but if you choose to come here, make sure you never return from home on a Sunday or after 5 pm just in case you need help. Also, if you have roommate problems, don't even bother contacting them as they won't help at all.
