Explained everything. They guys came to do the drain and faucet work for a new shower that was being installed. There were some unexpected issues to do with the installation and they gave excellent advice to my contractor about how to make sure the work was done properly. I will recommend this company. The plumber Leon was extremely nice and professional. Great job with the kitchen sink removal and Installation. He completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling By The Book Plumbing when I need any plumbing service done.

We had our tankless water heater checked due to inconsistent hot water supply. The technician checked the water heater said everything is working fine but we still have the same issue. Didn't even look at the error codes I mentioned to him or called Navient to troubleshoot it with them. A total waste of $149 for them to "come out and diagnose". Service: Water heater repair

Good job. Maryna was in my observation very professional, courteous, and efficient. The work was performed in a timely manner. This is my second time doing plumbing service me. I will never use a different service because the level of care that our plumber went through to provide the best service in a high-stress situation was unbeatable. I will use them again.
