    When I had an issue with my AC I called Atlas. These guys gave me a good quote and fixed all problems very quickly. Arrived on time, very professionally they repaired and tested cooling system. Instead of spending high dollar on brand new HVAC I still can use mine for another 2-3 year at least. They gave me a warranty for the labor. Thank you guys! Call Dean if you have similar problems. Service: A/C system repair

    Update: 10/25/23: The owner, Nadim, personaly called and stated he would fix the problem. He came one week later and it turned out to be simple changing the capacitor on one and tinkering with the power to the other from the panel. I appreciate his coming out and fixing the issue. THe only reason I am not giving him a 5 star is 3 reasons: 1. The issue was fixed 1 week later instead of coming out the same weekend or sooner. We (including my elderly 90 year old mother) endured heat for 1 week after the initial technician bolted when I told him we needed two AC jobs and he acused me of not allowing him in the house..go figure. 2. No one apologised for their behavior. Neither Gino (the technician), nor Ray who answered my call when I called them afterwards. Ray was dismissive and not helpful when I called. 3. The only reason I feel I got any response from the owner was after I left a negative review. Apparently in business, the review is very important. More important than ethics or the comfort of the people especially the elderly. But in their defense, how would they know that we had a 90 year old mother living with me. To them we were just another customer who they thought could just gloss over and go to the next one. "Gino came to the door, I took him to the side to show him which AC was not working immediately & explained him the situation about one of the two units not working & the other fan is not making noise. He first says he can only work on one AC. Then he said turn on the one not working. I said It has not been coming on & I used the Nest App to demonstrate. Then he stormed off saying I should have let him in the house. I told him he never asked to come in and I was excited to share with him our experience first. I called the company to ask what just happened. I talked to Ray and told him the story how his technician just stormed off. Ray said I don't know what happened but you are supposed to let our guys do the diagnosing. I was like what? I was just explaining to him what I saw for the first five minute of visit and he just took off. He was like you should have let him in the house first. I told him he never asked when I volunteered to show him the AC units. Somehow I was supposed to know he wanted to come inside first. It sounded like they didn't care or maybe he was late to another job. Service: A/C system repair
