I really like this store, all the employees are really nice. The only things I didn't love is that they no longer offer descret bagging options and the employees used to burn incense which smelled amazing but they no longer do, I really miss it since it helped block out the versus odors of downtown San Diego.

Every time I go the staff is most helpful. Some are even better. I always receive excellent vibes.

Sadly this will be the last time I come here. Felt ashamed of myself as per usual I am being judge as a male even though I do not identify as one because as I entered I immediately felt the stink eye looking at me, I did not feel welcomed. The staff felt like they were being bothered by my presence and gave me short answers when I had questions. Very sad and disappointing.

I come to this store often and always have an amazing time with the staff being so nice and helpful. I went in there last night with my girlfriend and we were looking at toys and came across the paddles. We playfully hit each other to see how it would feel and if we want to purchase one and one of the staff that I never seen before yells at us from across the store "ladies that inappropriate you have to hit in the inner part of your arm" I can understand if that's a rule though I was not aware but the way she yelled it from across the store catching all the attention of the other customers to the point they were staring at us made us very uncomfortable so we left. I just feel she could have simply walked over to us to let us know rather than cause a scene. Besides that I really love this store. Been coming here for years but I'm uneasy to come back because of her
