I am in the lobby waiting for intake.its 1245. Intake is at 1. I have an appointment for MAT at 330. . I'm early. Hoping they can get me going within 3 hours. They said on the phone it shouldn't take too long. So far they are friendly and on time. Erin is doing my intake. He said he was finishing his lunch and would get me going soon. Looks like a professional work place with positive people. Already been offered snacks twice lol. I'll see how it goes and write my experience here at ECS.

Counselors are not very flexible with your schedule and you have three hours of group three days a week!

Horrible schedule. 3 days a week, and 3 hours each of those days. Most recovery programs have 2 days a week with just 1-1 in a half hours during those days. If you feel sick and you physically cannot attend the group they will say they cannot and will not excuse you then it looks bad on record for whichever government program your required to go here for. What about those who work??? They literally expect you to go to the groups no matter what your circumstances are. They don't care about the clients personal life and are completely unwilling to work it out with the people they are supposed to help in treatment

I got excellent service from all staff starting with the young man at the front reception desk. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful counselor's that I have worked with to guide me through my sobriety..
