Refresh is a great program!! I did their outpatient program after I had my son and they were really accommodating and supportive. All the facilitators genuinely care about the clients they have. Big thanks to Bryce and Danny and all the other people at refresh !

My time at Refresh was nothing short of amazing! The staff is great! Shout out to Zane, Alex, Daniel, Travis, Chelsea & Ashley for ALWAYS being here for me even after my time in Refresh! If you put the work in, the staff will definitely meet you half way! Thanks Refresh! Definitely would recommend!

I came to refresh treatment not on a winning streak due to my untreated alcoholism. Long nights and dark days in Seattle got to the best of me. I came to sunny San Diego to change my life for the better and Refresh recovery made that possible. Since then staff has welcomed me with open arms and allowed me to grow within my recovery and along spiritual lines. Shout out Bryce, Bre, Chelsea, Danny, Blake, Jordan, Isaiah and Travis for making this experience life changing! Also the sober livings are really nice located near good surf spots and even better skateparks!

Refresh and all the whole team there are fantastic!!! Alex, Travis, Chelsea, Daniel, Blake, and the GOAT Noah were amongst the amazing people that helped me the most! They are all very knowledgeable, down to earth, supportive, accommodating, caring, and professional. The groups were a safe space to talk through various factors of recovery. The curriculum was well-rounded, organized, and relevant. The environment cultivated a sense of community that really helps during the fragile times of early sobriety. I absolutely love these humans and am forever grateful for all they have done to help me and countless others.
