I love Lidia! Acupuncture has helped my back and carpal tunnel issues drastically. I feel 100% less stressed when I leave and my muscle pain is almost nonexistent.

I got a last minute appointment with Nicole for muscle pain/tension in my neck and shoulder that had been going on for nearly two weeks. I’ve had lots of acupuncture before but this was my first time at Sustain, and it did not disappoint! Nicole is down to earth, compassionate and most importantly skillful. She helped me relax by focusing on deep breathing during the treatment (I let her know I’ve been under an unusual amount of stress lately), and I immediately noticed I had a greater range of motion in my neck when we were done. The next day I was still feeling good and had lasting improvement in my neck and shoulder region. I already scheduled a follow-up and would highly recommend seeing Nicole at Sustain! Prices are reasonable too if you don’t use/have insurance coverage.

I came here with severe pain on the right side of my face (level 8-9 ) that prevented me from talking, eating and drinking. Dr. Maile is awesome. After 2 visits, the pain went down to a level 4-5. I highly recommend this place. People say parking is a problem, but so far I have not experienced any of that. I would give this place and Dr. Maile more stars if I could.
