        Have done several excellent classes now at YogaSix. I love the flow and energy of Shanis classes, Tracys focus on mindfulness and strength, and how kind and encouraging Tristin was to help me in my first ever class. Beths Restore class is so deliciously rejuvenating. Also, JJ at the front desk is a gemso upbeat and helpful getting me set up and ready to roll.

        Morgan, Tristin, Beth, Aaron, Shani, Cait and Tracy are simply the best at what they do. They are all so talented, dedicated and are serious goals for my yoga practice!
