The lady who had an open house scheduled it for when there was street sweeping so multiple people got parking tickets from parking on the street for less than 10 minutes. How about dont schedule an open house during street sweeping? Or how about warn people before they drive all the way to the property to not park on the street? Its not that hard to be considerate of people looking to move in.

IM PUTTING MY DEPOSIT DOWN TOMORROW AND I COULDNT BE MORE EXCITED. I walked in and the property management was very friendly. They told me about the place and showed me it quickly. Made it very convenient and simple to fill out an application. Looking forward to this next year with Sun-West Properties :)!

Operates businesses from behind the scenes and refuses to give standard contact information. Is ok with employees not giving information for a second level of contact which results in abuse of power within premises. I have made contact with them about their underlying business and they blatantly took the side of the employees without having any representation. I bet they didn't even pull camera footage from the premises. I have already filed my complaint with BBB today. Steer clear!!
