Ben was my realtor through both my selling my existing home and buying a new home process. This extended over the period of 1 year and what stood out for me was his patience through the whole thing while we were playing the waiting game. He was very receptive to our requests and would go out of his way to make sure we were happy with both selling and buying. We probably toured 50+ homes over the period of a few months and he was always there with a smile and ready to reach out and find more info whenever we needed. He finally got us into a great home we could not be happier ! Would highly recommend in a minute to anyone !

Ben Redmond was our realtor. Let us save you the trouble, trepidation and or time. Just call him, seriously. My wife and I met Ben Redmond at an open house in San Clemente. We new right away that he is different from the other real estate agents. Weve bought and sold five homes over the last 2 years and worked with different real estate agents. We bought a house and sold a house at the same time with Ben Redmond and let me tell you what a difference an agent makes. He not only was on top of everything, he followed up within an hour or at least the same day. The level of service he provided was second to none. Even after we closed escrow he provided us with contacts, like handyman, plumbers, electrician etc. for remodeling our new house. Not only did he find them, he did come to the house to make sure that they did their job right and accompanied them until the work was done. So needless to say, he is a man of his word. Ben is an outstanding agent. During the spring of 2021 he spent every weekend for several months helping my husband and I find the perfect home. Ben was patient through the whole process and properly advised regarding all of the details. He helped us find a mortgage broker, who secured an extremely low rate, (even for this market) and helped us assess both the positives and negatives in the homes that we saw. In the end we found the perfect house and couldnt be happier.

Ben worked with me for months in very much a seller's market and he was so incredible throughout the process, I couldn't recommend anyone with a higher regard. I made two bids early on and barely lost out but he persevered and was absolute perfect and honest in his advice every time. After I moved in he even came over and helped me repair a leak that the previous owner appeared to cause moving out. I was blown away by his level of customer service and professionalism. Even more than that he was such a pleasure to work with at every turn. I not only found the best agent possible but a true friend!!!

An extremely knowledge realtor who will fight for you to get the home of your dreams. Look no further once you meet Ben you know you will be taken care of through the whole process. No matter how busy Ben gets, He always made me feel like a priority.
