What a great experience. I was from out of the area looking for a home in San Clemente. I met Ryan and he had amazing knowledge of the area and went to work finding me the home I was looking for and helped me negotiate a fair price. We used Ryan as a Buyers agent when we moved to San Clemente. We selected him because we met him at an open house some years ago and he impressed us with his thorough knowledge of San Clementes many neighborhoods. If you know no one in San Clemente, Ryan is the guy to use. Hes a second-generation San Clemente resident and his parents still live there. Hes been in the business long enough to know how to get things done, who to refer you to if you need quality remodeling work done after close of escrow, and what issues to consider in the process. When we sat down with him at our first meeting he spent about 40 minutes listening to what we were after, like a matchmaker trying to put us in the house of our dreams. He took us around to some prospects, handled all the details of the offer in a professional way and was diligent in his communications throughout escrow. In short, hes everything youd want in a buyers agent, and Im sure he brings the same focus to the game when hes a listing agent. Fortunately he was able to put us in a house that we hopefully will never have to use him for that. He also has a GREAT YouTube channel that even includes information on various San Clemente neighborhoods and other useful information on the home buying process.

5 stars aren't enough! My wife and I just completed a home purchase in San Clemente, and thanks to Ryan we found our dream home! We started this process months ago while still living in Northern California in preparation for a move down to San Clemente. When looking for a realtor, we immediately sought out Ryan thanks to his expertise in this particular area, his honesty, and how easy he seemed to work with. During our search, Ryan showed us many different neighborhoods and gave us the low-down on factors we might not have even considered. We never felt pressured, and Ryan was incredibly patient and responsive throughout our search. When we finally found the home we wanted, Ryan acted quickly on our behalf and was communicative each step of the way.
