I am pleased to give DC Plumbing a 5 Star Rating. I needed to have a new hot water heater and so had DC Plumbing install a Tankless Water Heater. They were the first to respond to my on-line request for plumbing services and Dave the owner called me personally to discuss the problem. Dave sent Robert to do the installation. Robert was OUTSTANDING. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing. His professionalism and his friendly attitude and customer service were exceptional. Robert had a helper, Halsted, a nice young man in training who was eager to learn. They were a great team and reflected very positively on DC Plumbing. I am so glad that I found a source of plumbing services that is responsive, knowledgeable and cares about the customer. DC Plumbing will be my first call when I have plumbing needs in the future. After purchasing a home, we had DC Plumbing out to help us with our furnace that had been red-tagged by the gas company. The technician was honest and thorough explaining the issues and offering solutions. Dave (the owner) became personally involved in our decision weighing all the pros and cons including the ultimate decision to move forward with the installation of a new heat pump and air handler. Though we looked a lot other options for due diligence we ultimately went with DC Plumbing because of their responsiveness, follow-up and quality recommended solutions. The entire experience with the DC Plumbing team was excellent including communication, responsiveness, delivery, installation and final walk through. Though it was an unexpected expense, we are confident we made the right decision and super happy with the end-result.
