Disappointing. I asked myself, if I was an employee there would I be proud the hand over a key to a guest? The answer is no. First thing I noticed were pieces of wall missing from behind the counter when you check in. This was followed by a dirty elevator floor. As you walk to your room its hard not to notice the scuffed up walls and mismatched paint as an attempt to cover up some defects in the hallways. Hallway carpet is old but perhaps the room is better? Nope. We tried two rooms as the first one had a mechanical issue and we were moved to a new one within 10 minutes. The safes in both rooms were broken. Both small benches in each room had stains as did the ceilings and walls. The rooms themselves have potential, however, the brown wallpaper and dark carpet mixed with dark furniture make it very depressing. Couple that with the stains and you have a disappointing hotel. Recommendations: have an enclosed entertainment center, get rid of the stains, use correctly matched paint, and replace the dark walls with a brighter color. Consider a theme as the current theme is brown. On the plus side, the bathrooms were nice and bed and beds were comfortable. If it wasnt for my non-refundable reservation, I would have left. In its current state, I would pay no more than $60 a weekday night or $70 a weekend stay. That would be a reasonable value for what is offered.

Just called this hotel Villari on 23 February to book for three days for next week the 28th through the first the gentleman by the name of Griff was so Flippin rude said you can shop all you want lady its still gonna be the same right goodbye

i was so happy with my stay here! the lady at the desk, jessie was so sweet and helpful. the actual room was beautiful, clean, and relaxing with a good view of the beach from the balcony. me and my bestfriend also talked about how much we loved the showers lol. i would definitely come back
