Mark Zeni Tile & Stone

We chose Mark after reading the reviews on Yelp.  We have a small guest bathroom that we wanted to completely remodel with a new soaking tub, wall tile, bath fixtures, bath vanity, and floor tile.  Best decision we made was to go with Mark.  We selected everything on our own, and he was always available to guide us thru many of our decisions and made recommendations based on his years of experience.  His main guy is Eric and both of them are very professional, and always on time.  Excellent quality of work and we are thrilled with our new soaking tub and the look of our newly remodeled bath area. All I can say is that if you are thinking of any type of bath or kitchen remodel, you should call Mark.  You will see what we are talking about.

Mark Zeni did an excellent job renovating our master bathroom. It is my favorite room in the house. It was finished sooner than expected and everything was top quality.We decided to have Mark renovate our kitchen. Again it has been a five star experience. He is very organized, has a top quality team and gets it done! This will now become my favorite room. I love to cook so I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment in this beautiful kitchen.

After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Mark. We were impressed that he brought in all his tradespeople before he gave us his estimate. By the time he started our project several months later, I was unexpectedly in the middle of treatment for cancer. Then several weeks after Mark started, my husband was hospitalized for what turned out to be a brain tumor. Mark managed to keep everything going in a timely manner & on budget, working around all of our treatments/surgeries etc. He made it very easy, all his people were very clean and considerate. I can't say enough about how happy we were with Mark, I would (& have!!) refer him to anyone that is looking for a great contractor.

This is my second review for Mark and his crew. The first was for a complete condo overhaul for our son,  this one is for the remodel of 3 bathrooms in our own home. It is one thing to have a contractor work in an empty home, it is another thing to have them work in your own home. I knew after the remodel of the empty condo that I would be completely comfortable with Mark's crew spending 8 hours  a day in my home over an extended period of time. Almost as important was the confidence that Mark would deliver quality work. The confidence was not misplaced. If something didn't meet his standards, he made it right.   He was supportive of my vision for the bathrooms and was helpful and respectful in all regards. Everybody who sees the bathrooms raves about them.  Without precise, careful workmanship they could easily have been a mess. Mark maintains good relationships with his team and his subs while setting high standards for them. Their respect for him is apparent in their commitment to schedule,  cleanliness and work product.
