I am so pleased to recommend T & T Home Solutions. We had a fire assessment done for our home in order to harden it before fire season. Tom and Tammi came out to install ember-resistant vents and were professional for the entire duration of our project. Tammi quickly scheduled an estimate, ordered our parts, and managed the installation billing. Dangerous Install. Terrible Customer Service. Called Brandguard to install vents on our house which is in a Very High Fire Danger Area.They sent T & T Home Solutions. Told them to pay particular attention to several vents that are most likely to be subject to ember storms. After they left it appeared 2 of these vents were not done. I sent pictures but was assured that the vents had been done. After I called Brandguard and explained the problem no one got back to me for A WEEK AND A HALF. Had to STOP PAYMENT on the credit card. THEN they came out and LOW AND BEHOLD I was right and 2 of the critical vents hadn't been done. Had to pay $300 for them to come out and fix it. Like selling bulletproof vests with big holes in them and not telling the buyer. I have to wonder how many other houses are out there that don't have the protection they think they have.
