John did an amazing job on our master bathroom remodel! He was very knowledgeable and efficient. His staff were hard workers and did an amazing job! I talked to other contractors who wanted 3 times as much money to do the job! Our bathroom looks amazing! I would highly recommend John Clarke Development for any building project and will definitely be looking them up again when I have another project I need done. Thank you so much John! Awesome work! We hired John for a remodel on our family summer house in San Clemente and we couldn’t be happier. The original floor plan felt too cramped and closed in. John pointed out some changes he could make to open up the space and gave an estimate/quote with a timeline for the work. When all was said and done, he kept his timeline, no additional surprise charges due to “complications” and the renovations made the interior feel like we had twice the amount of space! We would absolutely recommend his work to anybody.

John Clarke and his crew at CDI are amazing! They did an entire house remodel for us and were key in its design. John's innovative ideas for the use of even odd, small spaces resulted in a home that is not only more beautiful than we had hoped for, but more functional, as well.
