All of the negative posts are true and correct.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME using this company for anything! Ronnie Hancock from ABC Embroidery Shop had my company screen print the Dana Point Grand Prix event t-shirts a few years ago. Some how he had bs'd his way in with the city and underbid this job just to get the job. We printed the shirts, some city worked (female) came and picked them up. Ronnie Hancock from ABC Embroidery Shop never paid us the $1,410 for printing those shirts. Yes, he ripped us off! I too watched him yell at and call stupid one of his employees named Lloyd. He constantly said how stupid he was and would make fun of him. Dave actually seemed to be a nice guy and I believe that he is. Ronnie Hancock from ABC Embroider Shop has the worst work ethic and seriously is a crook. When we did this job for him that he never paid us for, he was all about The City Of Dana Point, and how he was going to get "All" of their work and put others out of business. Well look at him now! Now he's moved his shady business to San Clemente. I wonder what the The City Of Dana Point has to say about Ronnie Hancock at ABC Embroider Shop? I bet the same thing as others.In addition, I have a client that used Ronnie Hancock at ABC Embroidery Shop to print their logo on some karate gi's. He did such a poor job, and this client had to go back several times to get him to redo the work. The client told me that this guy (Ronnie Hancock) is a "knucklehead" and would keep promising them to be ready for pick up on a specific day, but they were never ready or the shop was closed.The unprofessionalism of this person is horrendous. Fact!Dave, I'm with Gregory Ricard on his review...couldn't agree more!

That "other place" I mentioned I've used several times since. They are a bit disorganized, but it is a family business and they deliver quality goods and a quality job on time and as promised. I highly recommend, in lieu of ABC, that people try out Monogram Magic in Lake Forest.
