I've had my start up pediatric dental practice for almost 2 years now and I can truly say that it was a great decision to choose CMM Construction for my office build out. They were transparent and realistic about the cost of my office build out for the vision I had for my office. I also appreciated how organized they were. We all know a ground up construction for a dental office (2500 sq ft) can have many variables that WILL go out of control. Even in these potentially frustrating moments, CMM always followed up with me and had a plan for any of my concerns. Marc Mitre always responded to my texts in a timely manner which was very important to me when choosing my construction company. I also appreciated that they were receptive to my ideas and design requests while guiding me on what would be practical. Many contractors or dental equipment specialists I had interviewed before sometimes were very stuck with what a traditional dental office would look like. It helped to have a company that was more open-minded about the design so that I can create my one of a kind office. I highly recommend them :)

Avoid this company! They have no regard for rules and what is required by the contract. They don't care if they damage property, leave tiles broken, cause problems with the landlord and to top it off, they are rude and abusive when you tell them they have done something wrong. As soon as they he paid, they are gone even if they didn't finish the job. Bottom line, find a different company.
