        Miserable and lazy workers look miserable and depressed maybe its time for a career change . Dont know how they do customer service when thats where they are lacking. Wonder who hires these people. Its a total joke this location makes chase look bad ngl. Ive been to many chase and have been a 20year customer here but this place makes me puke.

        They allowed a person , not me, to withdraw a $1000 cash advance from my cc. I guess they don't look at ID's very often .  I did receive my money back , though . Terrible bank

        Good luck trying to reach someone at the branch by phone......but you will hear repeatedly ".......we appreciate your business and value the opportunity to serve you." Well, after 30 minutes of waiting to be served because I'm so valued, I gave up.
