Our hotpoint refrigerator was having an issue keeping the freezer cold and then a day later the main refrigerator started having the same issue. We were worried that we'd need to buy a new one. I called Rob and Dane at Appliance Care and they came over the next morning. Turned out that the issue was a bad fan in the freezer. They fixed it and we were good to go. They were a pleasure to have in my home (good people) and I strongly recommend them to anyone that is in need of their help. You will be glad that you called them!
