I used I Plumb Incs online booking services, and had an appointment booked and confirmed for the next day (Id recommend uploading photos and calling them when booking).

I've used a lot of plumbers over the years in the Bay Area, mostly positive experiences but decided to try someone new for a couple of jobs which my regular plumber couldn't get to in time. I'm glad I found iPlumb. Don't know much about them but their reviews were positive and a I like to support small businesses. They handled the initial request accurately and quickly and the job was done right and per their estimate. I had them come back for another job and had the same, very positive, experience. You can't go wrong from my interactions with them. Fast, fair prices, clear communication and reliable.

Steve responded immediately to my request to pick up and install a toilet. He appeared at my apartment the next morning with the toilet and installed it in about an hour. Great service and reasonably priced. Will recommend iPlumb to friends!

Steve responded to our request immediately to look at our hot water heater. He came out within an hour, removed water around the base and turned it back on successfully. He discussed options for replacement, if necessary. I would highly recommend this company for their professional business practices, knowledge and work ethic.
