Comic Jumps

The bounce house from Cosmic Jumps was a huge hit at my 4 year-olds birthday party at Burton Park. They were easy to work with and reliable! Id highly recommend them for your bounce house needs!

We would definitely use Comic Jumps again! Audra provided responsive, personalized service. The bounce house was very new and clean. Setup and breakdown were right on time. Also super convenient that we were able to rent kids tables and chairs along with our bounce house.

Comic Jumps was responsive and had great service. We rented a jumper for my daughters birthday party and the kids did not want it to end. They all asked for one more jump and flip. Comic Jumps was great in allowing the kids request. Id definitely recommend this company and will be renting from them again!!

Terrible customer service. Audra was rude and unprofessional. I had to end the call because she was very unpleasant on the phone when I asked if they had any jumpers available for rent. A pleasant attitude goes a long way Ms. Audra!!!! Remember that! If I could give her zero stars I would! In response to the owners comment below: Its because you didnt have time to get my name! But I did get your name! Unfortunately your communication is not great at all! You had to put me on hold every time I asked you a simple question.

Wow - I worked with Audra from Comic Jumps and it was a fabulous experience. I needed some basic kind of yard games to keep adults and a few kids occupied during a party and this place had exactly what I was looking for, priced reasonably, and the delivery and pickup service they provided was out-of-this-world amazing. Honestly, I figured I'd have to spend a couple of hours chasing these items down myself and then going through a lot of trouble trying to bring them back - nothing like this happened. In fact, Audra made it so each to deliver to me and pick up that I was astounded. I rarely deal with a company that provides this level of service and makes things so easy for their clients. AND, Audra even dropped off a bonus game that was thoughtful and people enjoyed a lot as well. In sum, I was pleasantly surprised in a good way when dealing with Comic Jumps and I'm sure you will be as well if you give them a try.
