I had trouble communicating with and getting good insurance from my previous broker, so my property manager highly recommended Matt Watkins when I asked for a new referral. I got an email back just a few minutes after I sent my initial inquiry, and it has only been uphill from there! Matt has been so responsive and easy to work with, and he answered my many questions promptly and professionally, dealing with my complex needs at different properties. He was very friendly when we spoke on the phone and put me at ease, so I felt like I could trust him. It is increasingly hard to find good insurance in California, but Matt made it seem easy. Can't recommend him strongly enough!

They do not pick up the phone nor call back. I was looking to find a broker for auto, definitely not the place for me.

I have been with this company forever! They are a fabulous bunch! I really enjoy speaking with Ro as she is always pleasant.
