Went for my first eye test here after my last opticians was not doing a great job with their new younger Drs. The Dr here is very thorough and detailed in her tests and I was very impressed with her knowledge. Happy I made the change.

This review is for everything BUT Dr. Weil, she is great. I have been using Dr. Weils office for checkups, glasses, contact prescriptions for the past 4 years. I had been trying to get ahold of a actual person via there phone system that gives a go around and then states if you leave a message they may not return calls till the following day... ridiculous... I simply had a quick question. I decided to stop in, they are still locking there front door and if you walk in you are required to wear DOUBLE MASKS. literally i haven't put a mask on for Monthsssss!!! mind you 9/28/22 the CDC lifted masking in "health care settings". I then ask a question and the answer was definitely not what i was looking for so i will NOT be back. I went to costco, (30'min later) walked in to there very very high tech optometry office with the nicest knowledgeable optometrist ever, she even told me something i had no idea. and they took me as a walk in right away, i paid minimal and was prescribed the contacts i was looking for for an extremely discounted price on top of getting 7 days of free contacts. I was also told my prescription was WRONG from Dr.Weil and too high for my eyes, no wonder i couldn't wear the last pair of glasses i purchased from this office without getting a raging head ache.

I would give zero stars if it were available. The reception staff is/ was completely unprofessional. Maybe for their next client they might consider giving more than 15 minutes notice before canceling someone's appointment. The epitome of a doctor office that cares less about serving their patience and more about themselves. Greedy greedy greedy.

I've been going here for a few years now and it's time to write a review after another great experience today picking up my new driving glasses. When it was time for me to find a VSP eye doctor, I did my online research. I wanted an optician in a small outfit, not a chain or even a large, busy eye center. I'm SO happy I found Weil Eye Care. Doctor Weil is awesome. She's personal and takes time to be with me and listen. She cares about my eye care and my satisfaction. And her office staff are great, which is so key. They're always helpful, professional and friendly.Want better? Denise the Optician is excellent. She's warm and friendly, super helpful and takes time to help me find glasses that I'll love. And she's patient; she'll show me many styles, giving suggestions that allow me to experiment out of my normal "safe" comfort zone. Better yet, she even fixed glasses that I got from them a year ago for free just because I hated the "blue blocking" fiiter. I told her it made everything look yellow, and she said, "No problem!"I found exactly what I wanted, a professional, small, friendly eye care center with an optician. And they've been great from the start.

Dr. Weil is hands down the best ophthalmologist that I have ever been to. She literally saved my husband's eye when he had the shingles and it went into his eye. She was dedicated to his care more than any Dr. I have ever seen. She stayed after hours with us when she easily could have sent us to the ER at the closing time of her office hours, but she did not. She did follow-ups and made space to accommodate an urgent situation. Since then, we have both adopted her as our ophthalmologist. When I was pregnant, my eyesight changed and she advocated with my insurance to have an extra long warranty on my lenses in case my sight changed again after pregnancy (it hasn't yet, but maybe I should go get checked ). The optometrist, Denise, is also the BEST I have ever come across. She was authentic and kind and eager to help me find the glasses that fit my face best. So genuine! I have never been happier with my glasses. Lastly, I see a lot of negativity here about the front desk staff - I find this so completely unfounded. They are hard working and thorough. They are super helpful with scheduling and detail oriented. Thank you Dr Weil and Team, this Yelp review is a bit belated, but fully genuine! This is a wonderful practice.
