        I had a very positive experience. I had an appointment and was seen immediately. Jessica handled most of the unique transaction but 3 others got involved too.

        Was sent here because the Belmont branch couldn't help me open a CD. Long story short, they didn't have the time to help me and no one was willing to stay past 5 to take my money because "They would get in trouble." Never had my money feel so meaningless to a company.

        The local branch doesnt answer the phone and Ive tried multiple days. I was unable to reach anyone without going in-person. Misinformation and inefficiencies caused delays and multiple trips. I will be moving all funds out and wont be banking at Chase!
