Trestle Apartments

Lived at several apartment complexes around the Bay Area and I have no hesitation stating that Trestle is by far the best. The quality of the apartments, common areas, and amenities is great but what truly sets Trestle apart from the others is the team. Kim, Nicole, Vic, Sage, and the rest of the Trestle team were welcoming and went above and beyond to help us when we needed. Move in and move out was a breeze - many headaches avoided because of the coordination and efficiency of the team. Vic and Sage responded to maintenance requests quickly and were always friendly no matter how busy they were. Kim and Nicole are the dream team - they were both kind, humorous, understanding, accommodating, and diligent, and worked incredibly well together. They answered all of my questions and always kept us informed. We enjoyed running into the team while walking our dog and stopping by the office to say hello, Trestle truly is a pet-friendly community! Moved out a week ago and miss Trestle dearly!! I don't think we'll have the "Trestle experience" anywhere else but I hope that other apartment complexes follow the superb example set by the Trestle team!! Keep up the great work!!

I had a very disappointing experience. The emergency service didn't arrive until 10 hours later, and the whole area had a strong sewer-like smell. The leasing office provided cleaning service.

Moving is always stressful especially when you have kids and busy work schedule but I wanted to do a quick shout out to the staff at Trestle who really helped responding to my many questions promptly. Mariam, Nicole and Vic (maintenance) were amazing as my family and I adjusted to our new living situation. Mariam gave us 2 tours and answered our list of questions and both Mariam and Nicole were great with follow up questions and small issues popped up. Vic responded quickly when my dishwasher dispenser and garbage disposal didn't work. He came over the next day and fixed them. My family and I are appreciative of the nice staff/people at Trestle.
