I had the pleasure of working with Tamer to pressure wash the roof on my in ln laws two story house to remove the mold & mildew. The insurance company wanted before and after pictures of the roof in order to renew the house insurance policy. We made an appointment with Tamer for the upcoming gf Saturday and he went promptly to work power washing the rooftop and cleaning the gutters. Tamer E mailed the extensive pictures of the roof that evening. Thank you Tamer!

Tamer came and washed one of our commercial buildings in San Bruno. The job was well done and complete and the price was very reasonable. He was very professional, on time, quick response, and quality job. I would highly recommend and will be using in the future.

Fabulous work! Highly professional at a reasonable price! My deck had not been cleaned in unknown length of time. I rent but when raccoons made my deck their latrine, I had no other choice but to powerwash it. I can now use my deck once again. Just look at the 1st picture and after powerwashed patio furniture and deck. Thank you so much for the deck clean over for me to do the makeover. I plan to use TLM yearly!

Did an amazing job power washing my backyard and driveway. Quoted me hundreds of dollars cheaper than another company. The estimation and service process was a breeze. Left everything in like new condition. Will definitely recommend to all and will be a returning customer. 5 stars!
