Partnering with Kristine is one of the best decisions we made to make our renting experience stress free and hands off! She takes care of everything from the smallest to the biggest items. She is so patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and setting realistic expectations. She also proactively keeps us informed of new regulations, etc. so I don't have to worry about staying on top of them. I am a resident in Pacifica and Kristine is the best manager was have ever had. She actually comes to the property to do inspections. Very easy to get a hold of; uses test, email, phone and an app. Very quick resolutions to our concerns. I am a big proponent of Rockaway Residential Management.

I have been with Rockaway for a couple of years now and I have to say Kristine is the best. I have had other property managements and she is by far the best. I can honestly say I have piece of mind when it comes to my property. I know my property is in good hands when it comes to Rockaway management.

It is great working with Justin from Rockaway. A couple weeks ago, I was searching for a house for rent. I reached out to Rockaway and Justin promptly responded. I told him our situation and he offered to show us the property the same day. We fell in love with the house and expressed our interest. He guided us through the application process and in 2 days, we got the approval. Thank you Justin and Rockaway.
