Go Bonkers

My daughter loves this place and could spend 3+ hours here. We actually just finished up a 10 pack that we bought. I do have to say that the young girl who checks people in is very unwelcoming and rude. No smiles, no hellos. Just stares at you, asks for your phone number for entry, and opens the door to let you in. I say rude because there has been 2 separate occasions when she rolled her eyes at me (very intentionally). The first was when I asked for a stamp on my stamp card. And the second time was when I wanted to redeem my free entry for getting 5 stamps. She needs some people skills especially in a place for kids. She makes me not want to come back. I wish I got a picture of her but if we do go back Ill get one for sure. We usually see her weekdays around 2-3pm ish.

What a cute and fun indoor playground for toddlers and smaller kids. I think the best age range is from 2-6 years old. Older kids should join the one next door. Cute pastel color themed for all the toys and activities in the playground. Theres a sitting area for the parents to wait while their kids have a fun time. This place is small, so its usually full or booked for private parties. Its better to check before coming, but worry not, you could always join the bouncing house next door.

My young one has fun at this place everytime he goes so thats why 3 stars. But the personal is not so welcoming and kind of dry for a kids place.

Everything is very nice, clean, my daughter loves it. The only thing they should change is to hire more charismatic people, people who like their work and who like being with children because the staff leaves a lot to say or they should raise their expectations. salary or give them incentives, maybe that way they work with enthusiasm and receive people in a good way because that's what we are paying to get a good service but we still have to put up with being looked at as if we couldn't pay or couldn't be in a place like that. .
