Unfortunately, you get what you pay for with Green Mountain. They were one of the cheaper options for our backyard project and the amount of corners they cut and the shoddiness of much of the work reflects that fact. We knew we were in trouble when the crew didn't have t-square or speed square handy. It often felt like the crew was learning "on the job". Yes, it was cheap, and the end result is passable, but we wish we had spent a little extra money to get some real professionals to work our project.

Jose was here today to remove these VERY Tall Yucca Trees from our Front Yard.  Juan used to live right next Door here and he put these Trees in ..... back around 2009 or so.  They simply grew TOO Tall.Thank you Jose and Juan ....... another quality Job from "GML"!!!!!!

Communication was spotty. Work done was average. Probably should have stayed and monitored, but the workers came unannounced. They promised to wait for me after the job was finished, but they didn't. Don't think it was worth the money spent. I should've paid more attention to the critical reviews.

I discovered Green Mountain Landscaping while browsing Craigslist. I texted Juan and he was quick to respond even in the evening after 8pm. Juan set up a meeting time for Jose to meet me after work for a free estimate and it was scheduled within 2 days. Our project was a yard clean up with small/medium trees, bamboo and ivy removal. Jose was fabulous. He came all the way to San Francisco from San Mateo during evening traffic to do the quote. He arrived on time on our scheduled work day, completed the work solo with great attention to detail, care and everything completed as quoted. The pricing was very fair. Juan was easy to communicate with and Jose is so hardworking and very knowledgeable with all my landscaping needs. Thank you GML for helping our project move forward!
