        Total waste of time. They refused to give me a quote for the procedure I wanted until I came in and did an exam. They then ran the quote and informed me my insurance would not cover this procedure. They could easily have saved us both the trouble. It's clear they're looking for profit and don't care about what the patient wants.

        Poor customers service. Especially the account staff. We are not familiar with terms and conditions between clinic and dental insurance but these accountant lady not be patient to explain our customers. They try to get only money not services.

        I was scheduled a virtual appointment for two times but never received any meeting link for two times. No one showed up at the appointment. Wasted my time and I'm very disappointed.
