This place has amazing customer service. They were very responsive when I called. I spoke to Jim Dietz who responded and answered me right away and helped me get in contact with someone about scheduling an inspection and then I spoke with Jim Simmang who also responded right away, and helped me with all of my questions regarding my mold issues and concerns. Jim is top shelf! He immediately took my call early after we woke up to a broken water pipe behind the wall of our second- floor master bathroom flooding into the sink vanity and leaking through the ceiling into our downstairs. He came over immediately with his high-tech equipment and his experience, he found the issue and came up with an action plan and his crew started the restoration work. I'll update my review after his amazing work is completed. He's the guy you want! Very professional and polite, explained everything to us. PLUS he was very calm and reassuring. After Jim's team of experts at ServPro completed our water damage restoration work. Jim coordinated with McLeod Plumbing in Rancho Cucamonga to replace the broken pipe behind the master bathroom sink wall and with Guillermo AP for drywall, baseboards and painting, both provided amazing high-quality service and work. The company is very reliable and credible. The work attitude is very serious and hard-working. The speed of work is also very fast. Even if the work is over, it still helps customers solve problems. If I am in Los Angeles, I will choose this company as the first choice.

I cannot express, enough, how amazing this company is. Every employee is kind, accommodating and just plain amazing. They kept me up to date, called/texted before every appointment to assure I'd be there and would apologize for the inconvenience when they definitely were not one. I really appreciate them and how they operate. I was nervous about letting people do work, during a pandemic, but everything about the way they are put me at ease. Yes, they're all masked, so please, do not worry! I cannot thank them enough for their understanding, quick response, fast, but thorough, work, dealing with the adjustors, etc. I believe Jim went above and beyond with the adjustor. I recommend them, HIGHLY, not just due to their work/work ethic, but how they are as people. It's nice to have a human "connection" when dealing with these huge messes that can cause massive anxiety. If I could give more stars, I would! Thank you, Servpro!!!!

Another satisfied customer from SERVPRO of Norco/Mira Loma. I had a water leak several years ago from a water heater that was located in the garage of my residence. The water stained a small area of drywall and the water heater was replaced. I recently discovered mold in the area of the stained drywall. I called SERVPRO of Norco/Mira Loma and spoke to Jim. He came out to my residence the same day and gave me a reasonable quote for the demo and remediation of the mold issue. The work began quickly and was completed in several days. A small slow leak was found coming from the cold water supply pipe that feeds the water heater. The leaky pipe was replaced quickly by a plumber referred to me by SERVRO. The work on the mold remediation was thorough and they left the area clean. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Norco/Mira Loma. Service: Water damage-related mold removal
