ACR services were really professional and helped me out a lot. It was my first time facing such incident and they were very helpful explaining everything and giving me tips on what to do next. They showed up to Big Bear very fast and started right away. They were available whenever I called and answered all my questions. I am very grateful and would defiantly recommend them.

John has been in this business for a long time. He knows what he is doing and he does it well. He is experienced at working with insurance companies. Most importantly he is an excellent advocate for the customer.

I had storm related water damage to my home. John with ACR was highly recommended by someone I trust. John was responsive, professional and explained everything that needed to happen to prevent further damage to my home (water detection, removal of damaged flooring, drying device setup, etc). John did an excellent job of removing mold and removing all water damaged material such as walls and flooring. He is very friendly and professional at all times and works directly with the insurance so one less headache for me. He answered all my questions and never left me in the dark of what he is doing or planning on doing always keeping me updated on everything he plans or planned to do. Overall perfect experience he truly left no stone unturned working he did an excellent job of removing everything in a timely manner and goes above and beyond working with the insurance so I didn't have to. I highly recommend him if you have water damage property he works excellent and precisely with insurance or people to insure an amazing experience. 10 out of 10 I definitely would hire him again!!!! Phoned for an estimate. Was told they would phone me back in a few minutes. No call back after nearly three hours. Phoned them again to be given the excuse their office was to suppose to phone me back.
