Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

I have dealt with this office for years except last year. I came back on March 8 and the normal guy that helped me was not there. I was helped but the woman that did my taxes failed to ask me for my 1095a form and I was denied twice. I email her it and I went by the office a week ago and the other woman in the office met me outside and asked me for my paperwork. I have been calling and emailing since with no response. I came by today May 3 and the office looks like it was cleared out. The guy next door said they cleared out Saturday.

I've been going to Jackson Hewitt for years. This year the worker on E street filed my taxes wrong. She was busy talking to her friend at work instead of paying attention to her client in front of her. The only information she disclosed was how much I was getting back. the place is filthy and they had a pet in store. I will not be going back. And I would hope Jackson Hewitt is responsible for whatever fees I get penalized because she wasn't paying attention.
