So to begin with I had a appointment and I showed up on time and she going to tell me it's going to be over a half a hour before she can help me I was like so what happen to my appointment that's very rude don't appreciate my time and business going to tell me I could make a new appointment like whatttt , so I ended up leaving my paperwork and she said she will call me in a hour she didn't call me til 530 I had a 12 o o'clock appointment. Then it took them a whole week going back and forth over the phone to finish up my paperwork they finally sent it over to sign and they going to charge me $452 I was not having it and she going to tell me well your paperwork been shreeded I was like how and I haven't finished filing and she was like well what paperwork did you have I was like what you mean everything you know what have the girl who I had appointment with call me and this is the manager she ended up call back in 5 mins like oh okay well we got your paperwork here for you to come get the shreeded guy didn't come yet . You see how they tried to lie to me to get me to pay that $452 . Very bad business I hope you guys get shut down

I went to h&r block for years and had the same tax preparer but then she retired. It's been hard to have someone else take her place... But this lady Michelle Smalls on University in San Bernardino was pretty cool and pretty smart and handled her business. I didn't get a big fat check. No big fat check for me.... I got a little something which she made me aware is better than nothing. Also she made me happy about not owing the IRS... But I'm sure if you got a lot of money coming to you she'll help you get it... In my situation I just thought I was going to owe IRS a lot of money and she still got me something and I didn't have to get the IRS anything. She just made the whole experience cool and she talked as much as I do. I got her business card and I'm guaranteed going back to see her next year.
