I recommend do not come here at all if you have an emergency and you just need one more day extension they will not work with you whatsoever they will take your item unless you pay that fee for that one more day which is a total rip off

I had a beautiful marquis diamond ring i wore for years every day. When i fell on hard financial times i turned to Las Vegas pawn to give me a loan to help me. I had my ring in & out of La Vegas Pawn over a period of years. I always paid for my loan on time every time... except one day at the end...i was late on my payment for the first time ever.... ...one day late on my payment on the ticket for the first & ONLY time in years....i called to say I'd pay whatever it took to get my ring back. They suddenly "couldn't find my ring." They said the prongs where loose and the diamond was cracked. None of which they mentioned at the time of the loan... &, which is irrelevant. Up until then i had had Great & good service at Las Vegas Pawn... But, i will NEVER seek their services again ...after my ring according to them "disappeared". It was a sad loss for me. And, they shouldn't have done that. I was a faithful customer for years who always paid on time up until my one day late. Then my ring was gone forever. &, they claimed they "couldn't find it" for me to even buy back. The man over the phone said my ring was probably sent to melt the gold. I was a very faithful customer who never was late on my payment except that one & ONLY time by one day. But, suddenly it was gone forever. At the pawn shop down town...they aren't as quick to send away your jewelry to melt it for gold if you're one day late the way Vega Pawn is. I enjoyed the years of good service there. But, then...it discontinued. It was my fault for being one day late... HOWEVER, the way my ring "suddenly disappeared" & i couldn't even buy it back for in full or any price was devastating to me. I had a long track record of faithful payments. But, they were ready & quick to suddenly say they couldn't find my ring...&, that it was probably melted into gold. I will never trust them again.
