Jose Moreno and his team (David Bolous) absolutely knocked it out of the park for me. I had inherited some land out of state, and worked with a realtor near it for more than a year to try to sell it. That realtor got nowhere. I searched on the internet for "the best realtors in Riverside county" and Jose's name came up. We worked together and he got a lot of interest. He sold multiple parcels within 6 months of our first contact. There were some challenges including possible clean-up work to be done on the land, but Jose ably advised me, helping me know where to spend money and where not to, to get the sale through. As well, there were some delays during Escrow, that David and Jose pushed through. The seller (me) and the buyers were all happy with the price and the process. I would 100% recommend and work with Jose and David again.

For lack of a better word, my transaction was VERY difficult! There were a lot of obstacles and delays and it seemed like it was never going to close, but Jose went above and beyond to make sure that it happened! He is very responsive in returning phone calls and emails, and was always on top of things. I highly recommend using Jose for all of your real estate needs, you can absolutely count on him!
