Our go to for sushi in San Bernardino. Staff is wonderful, chefs are great, food is good. No complaints here. Limited seating

Ordered food so my husband could pick it up after a 10 hour workday. I called in at 6:02 and asked how long the wait would be for an order and was told about 15-20 minutes for what I wanted. I specifically requested it be ready around 6:35 or literally anytime after due to my husbands eta and not wanting what we ordered to be sitting there for 20 minutes getting warm. I let Sam or Sue whoever was answering know that even if my husband had to wait a while that was perfectly fine just to please have them wait to make it. We arent picking the order up, they called my husband to tell him it was ready at 6:19. I understand that they can get busy but were paying customers just like the ones who dine in and waiting was perfectly okay with us so long as the food didnt get warm. I called back and requested to speak with the manager, Sue or Sam asked me why I wanted to talk to the manager and asked if it was for a complaint. I told her I just need to speak to the manager and she said he was busy. So now Im here letting it be known that we will not be paying for warm sushi and that my simple request of waiting is why. Ordering from Tomo instead.

They Demand you tip them even if its just to go! Crazy these people Because Im carrying out there is no service other than making the food you get paid to do!

I ordered take out ramen advertised at 10.95. Was charged 19.95 for requesting beef broth, which wasnt mentioned in the menu but I am fine paying extra for what I want. I am 80% sure it was top ramen with some beef slices. I eat ramen regularly and this tasted, looked and smelled like top ramen. The noodles were identical which I never see in ramen from a restaurant. I would suggest going next door to cvs and buy top ramen for 50cents rather than buying soup here. Have not tried their sushi so I would recommend skipping the ramen and trying their fish. Very disappointed and I will not be back.
