While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. I went in my lunch time (30min) I order a chicken tortilla soup and when I am ready to eat, it was just the soup, no tortilla strips no condiments at all.
Totally dissapoint it.
Parking: Parking is too small, if you park closed to the drive throw entrance, some times is difficult to get out of there...
