Fidelity National Title

Do not use their services. I purchased land under their title insurance, and they mailed my ORIGINAL GRANT DEED to the incorrect address. But it doesnt stop there. I called to inquire as to why I had not yet received the document, and I asked for a tracking number - they had no qualms in disclosing that they mailed the OFFICIAL DOCUMENT via USPS because its CHEAPER! No tracking number, no confirmation number, no package insurance, no means of figuring out where the document is. They said there is absolutely nothing they can do to resolve this issue, that I am on my own, and that they can email me a copy because Ill do just fine with a copy out there. Severely unprofessional - grossly incompetent on the simplest, most straight forward task. I am comfortable taking on legal means to force them to do their job, but if you would like to avoid this pathetic issue, stay away.

Andrea in Escrow did a huge favor for us today and saved a real estate closing that wasn't even associated with Fidelity National Title. She is so resourceful and came up with a solution that worked perfectly in a matter of minutes. I can only imagine what the service is like for their own customers. Fidelity is a great title company and Andrea is a credit to Fidelity National Title. Thanks so much!

My team just had a closing with Terri Hoffman as the escrow agent and we couldn't have received worse service. Honestly, no service would have been better than being berated if you dare ask a question about a closing, and then hung up on. Clearly her defensiveness leads me to believe she made a mistake, which is fine, just own up to it and lets fix it. Escrow agents using terms like "I thought" and "I've always" is not very reassuring that they are doing as the instructions to them state. I will update everyone on here after the meeting I have with her and her manager later this week.
