El Dorado Cleaners

My father brought a suit jacket to be dry cleaned and to have two loose buttons to be tighted. They said it was going to two weeks and plus a extra $3 to repair the buttons. After waiting the two weeks he picked up the jacket to find out they only fixed one button. So he asked why didn't they tighten the 2nd button they owner told him to tighten the 2nd button will cost another $3 on top of what he already paid and it will be a additional 2 more weeks. They are a rip off. Very bad customer service.
