The experience here was something. I felt like there was no customer service. The woman that helped me seemed like she was in a mood because it was getting busy. I don't know if she started to get frazzled because it was showing on the outside. That said, I had to fill out a Commercial Invoice and wasn't really given clear instructions which is quite frustrating. So I filled it out "correctly" as I thought and she looked it over just to find out that it wasn't filled out properly - I got an email from fedex today saying that the commercial invoice needs to be refilled and the person I was emailing with did a deeper dive on what to fill out and what should be included. That said, never going back here.
