Leaving this review on behalf of my father. Avoid this place. Started an eviction with this business and found the experience to be terrible. I hired a lawyer to ensure I was following the laws and doing my due diligence. The first case was dismissed by the courts due the lawyers not having any sort of check list before going to file eviction. A instance of not dotting our "I's" and crossing our "T's". Which in the realm of the court is not good. Tenant was 10 steps ahead of them at every time. Used a service through them to post a notice to enter property and they claimed they posted, but tenant said they never received any notice Had no proof they posted. Costing us time and money. Ultimately, voiced a few concerns and they were quick to drop me as a client. During each mistake they never took ownership and would even move me to another clerk. Overall, the experience is terrible and I suggest you find yourself a better lawyer that makes you feel like you have a good chance because evictions in california are not easy and this business doesn't seem capable of handling this task.

My family has been using them for over 20 years. They are punctual, accurate, good people, and they do evictions right. If you're a landlord and need good eviction lawyers, I recommend them.

I called to ask for help . Let's say first of no hey hello how are you . I had to talk first didn't tell me this is such and such with fast eviction service what can I help you with which would have been nice , but anyway the guy was rude didn't answer any of my questions and hung up on me before I could finish my sentence.
