        It took over 4 months to get a plumber change an old 1988 broiler that was not heating to hot water, there was rusty water coming out of the fawcet in the shower. Several requests were made, they continue rejecting and stating it was ok. When it was finally changed over 4 months later the old broiler was full of calcium and some had turned into rocks. We had no hot water in the coldest months October thru March.
