        I've been going here to do my taxes for many years. This is the last time. They charged me 500 dollars to do my taxes, and the preparer didn't even mention how much it was going to cost. I'm very upset. I'll be using Turbo Tax from now on. My husband and I needed that money for an apartment. What a RIP off!

We see that you did apply for the Fast Refund Advance Loan and opted to not pay tax preparation upfront, Typically this option does cost more because of the associated fees that come with this for the Refund Advance Loan Product, aside from providing a fast Refund Advance Loan, This also gives you the ability to not pay for the Tax Preparation upfront.
