I have had a good experience with 36 North Properties, they are very friendly and it is easy to report a maintenance problem, they correct it quickly. I recommend them!

04/03/2024 Original Post: 36 North Properties management service is beyond disappointing. Despite my partner and I each paying a non-refundable $50 application fee (totaling $100) and submitting an application, we never even got the opportunity to see the property for a showing. For over three weeks, we waited in anticipation, only to be told that someone else had already taken it. The complete lack of communication regarding the status of the property viewing is simply unacceptable. Avoid this service at all costs if you value transparency and respect for your time. 04/03/24 Edit (Response to Reply): It's worth noting that my partners current property management made numerous attempts to contact the property management in question but received no response. In the end, we had to take the initiative to obtain the necessary forms from our current management and forward them ourselves. Records clearly indicate that everything was in order. Therefore, the excuses provided by the 36 North Properties are unfounded and simply an attempt to deflect blame.

Awful landlords in Pacific Grove managing properties owned by Monterey Fish Co. Never responded to complaints of leaks and collapsing ceiling in bathroom and took many tenants covid rent assistance before kicking them out to remodel 2925 David property.

Let's you apply with fee and when you don't get approved they don't refund the fee.
